(December 12, 2024)** **— Leading inventory optimization company Thrive Technologies is proud to announce the addition of Mike Dastoli to its Client Success Team, a 40-year veteran of industrial distributor Bostwick-Braun Company who brings vast expertise in wholesaler inventory purchasing and optimization. Thrive will leverage Mike’s impressive background across wholesale inventory operations, purchasing systems, supply chain distribution, and vendor relations to drive even greater success for its growing client roster. Mike worked his way up through the ranks of Ohio-based Bostwick-Braun Company, starting as an industrial sales representative before taking on roles in customer service and merchandising. He was eventually named Inventory Control Manager in 2006 — a role he held for six years before being elevated to Corporate Director of Data Integration & Process Administration and eventually Director of Purchasing.  In his most recent role, Mike managed the budgeting, personnel, goal setting, and technology for the purchasing departments. He was able to meet or exceed every goal, while also implementing a program to generate a significant reduction in inventory dollars, vendors, and stocking items. In his prior roles with Bostwick-Braun, Mike worked to normalize data and standardize processes, while navigating customers through new implementations.
