Thrive Technologies is hiring a Head of Sales

Thrive is hiring a Head of Sales to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate is one who can quickly and comprehensively grasp our clients’ inventory planning challenges and the unique and differentiated way we solve those challenges with our patent pending technologies. Our Head of Sales should excel at and enjoy closing deals themselves. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to grow the whole pipeline from demand gen to closing, as well as a track record of successfully recruiting and managing sales teams.

The responsibilities for this position include working with the CEO to establish and develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, then executing those plans and exceeding targets.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B SaaS product

  • A proven track record as a closer

  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team

  • Track record of implementing and maintaining a repeatable sales process

  • Manage and actively work 10-20 trade shows annually

  • Must have the ability to travel

  • This position ideally works in Thrive’s offices for maximum collaboration. However, hybrid will be considered for the right candidate

  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate Thrive’s markets, target contacts, problem/solution

  • Experience in wholesale distribution is preferred but not required

  • Experience selling supply chain planning systems is preferred but not required

  • Experience with a Product Led Growth (PLG) model would be ideal

Compensation will vary per candidate but will consist of a market level base salary plus very lucrative incentives for achievements of targets and MBOs.
